$13USD seems to be the norm from SDQ to BC, and it should be about the same to return from BC to SDQ. Ask your hotel what kind of rate they can get you back to the airport for (assuming they don't have some shuttle service). They often have someone that is reliable available.

In the back of the Jarragua Hotel you can get street taxi's that change half the price of hotel taxi's. :D
