The parents of Jordan Morrison are marking the anniversary of their son's death by traveling to the Dominican Republic to attend the court hearing of the two Montreal men charged with his murder.
Morrison, 19, a Canadian tourist, was killed outside a resort nightclub in Punta Cana, on 4 February last year and the two accused have been charged with first-degree murder, and are set to appear in court in Higuey on 8 February.
The verdict was originally expected in December, but one of the accused was absent from court.
