Problems with Blackberry phones

The Dominican Telecommunications Institute (INDOTEL) says that the Canadian company, Research in Motion (RIM) has reported technical problems leading to delays in sending messages from Blackberry phones in the country. The problem, affecting around 10% of the users in Canada and Latin America, is said to arise from the RIM system and is expected to be resolved, as reported in Hoy.
