The voting rolls will cost the political parties that want them RD$500,000 each, according to the Central Electoral Board (JCE). The co-head of the JCE Computer Center and Financial Director say that the cost of printing a set of the voter registration lists will come to RD$557,630.08. The price quote was made at the request of the PRSC, and contains the names and cedula numbers of the 6,504,000 citizens eligible to vote in the 20 May elections. The parties have until 2 April to file their requests for the voter registration files for their delivery starting on 9 April. El Caribe said that the black and white voter rolls were approved by the JCE.
