A survey carried out in the Cibao area by the Cibao Economic Center gives PRD presidential candidate Hipolito Mejia 54% of the vote as opposed to 40% for Danilo Medina, the candidate for the ruling PLD.
The PRSC had 1.3% and the Alliance Party, led by Guillermo Moreno was in fourth place with 0.9%.
