A number of art exhibitions are currently on show in Santo Domingo.
Artist Citlally Miranda presents her exhibition 'En Prosopon' at the Centro Cultural de Espana in the Colonial City. Also at CCE, Nathalie Ramirez is exhibiting a celebration of the beauty and absurdity of humanity through her drawings. It will be open from February 24 to March 25.
MADE flower shop on Calle Tetelo Vargas in Naco invites you to the exhibition 'Una figura, una postura, una cultura' by artist Leo M. Theuwissen.
Artist Viloriz Vegazo displays 22 oil paintings in her exhibition titled 'Bellezas del pais', at the Galeria Guillo Perez. Vegazo explores themes that range from landscapes, flowers and monuments in the Colonial City, the Malecon, Jarabacoa, to ruins and mangroves. Paseo de los Locutores No. 33, Evaristo Morales, open from 9am to 6pm.
Anne Leb, a French artist, is holding an exhibition titled 'Fluido' at the Galeria de Arte Bodden in Evaristo Morales. Her work is based on visual research of the forces of nature, which also represent human emotions and inner turmoil.
