Novocentro Fine Arts cinemas presents Oscar-winning movie The Artist. The romantic comedy won five Oscars, including the Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Costume Design and Best Original Music Score. Directed by Michel Hazanavicius, the drama is a black-and-white silent film starring Jean Dujardin and Berenice Bejo. It takes place in Hollywood between 1927 and 1932 and focuses on the relationship between an older silent film star and a rising young actress. Novocentro, Av. Lope de Vega, Santo Domingo. Screening times: 5:15pm, 7:30pm and 9:45pm. Cost: RD$250.
