I'm flying into Santiago and renting a car to drive up to Sosua and Caberette, I'm wondering where along the way is the best place to get some Cialis before I get started making my rounds. Thanks.

Depending on when you are flying in, I think Jetblue is still an early morning arrival. You can always hit a Carol RX 24 hour pharmacy in Santiago. They are everywhere, have drive-thru's, and have competitive prices.
