The Dominican-French Chamber of Commerce has organized a business and culture four-day event (22-25 March) at Altos de Chavon in La Romana. While many events require paid admission, there are many that are open to the general public gratis or for a reasonable fee. On the program is a polo tournament, art exhibit by Michel Bizet, and Big Band Rene Coll of Paris music at the Altos de Chavon plaza. The event includes the presentation of theatrical works, "Fables de la Fontaine," and "Le Petit Prince" at Genesis Disco, an exhibition of French fashion throughout history by the Fashion Design students of the state university (UASD), music performance by Indeswaska from Guadeloupe, and percussion concert by La Gran Mawon.
