If one thing has been a constant in the two reports from the Greenberg-Diario Libre polls, it is that it is still not possible to call a winner and that the race is still not finished. Ten percent of the electorate reports that it is still evaluating the candidates and that they could change their opinion. The young are the most open to changing their vote - of those saying that they could change, 48% are under the age of 30 and 62% are under the age of 35.
And both campaigns are actively courting these voters: 75% of Dominicans say that they have listened to Mejia recently, with 45% saying that they have listened to him a lot. The same proportion, 75%, have seen or heard about Medina, with 46% saying they listened a lot. Nevertheless, the Medina campaign has an advantage: 63% of those who listed to Medina recently say that what they have seen inclines them towards him (Medina), compared with 55% of those who have heard recently about Mejia.
