The National Police says that the owner of a SUV shot and killed a 26-year old man, Roberto Santiago Rodriguez after discovering him in the act of stealing parts from his vehicle.
The vehicle was parked in Taveras Oeste near the Monument in Santiago. Rodriguez who lived in Los Jazmines died later in Jose Maria Cabral Hospital, as reported in Listin Diario.
