Duarte highway overpass opens today

The Ministry of Public Works informs commuters of a detour along Duarte Highway this afternoon, Monday, 16 April, from 5 to 7pm for the inauguration of the overpass at the highway with Av. Monumental. Drivers using the Duarte Highway are advised to take the Prolongacion Av. 27 de Febrero route, or the old Carretera Duarte Vieja route, entering near Carrefour. Travelers heading north on Av. Monumental will need to detour to take the Carretera Duarte Vieja.
