I find it hard to believe anyone would buy a unit there... especially since he's also trying to sell the whole building at the same time...

its a fishy scenario when you can buy a unit or the whole building at the same time. what happens if someone buys a unit then someone else buys the whole building? I am quite curious to see how that would work out for either party. I can see a legal battle in the making to get any monies back from either parties. More likely scenario is being told to work it out among the 2 investers.

I tried to buy one but he turned down my offer.
