The Ministry of Environment announced yesterday, Thursday, 19 April, the start of the one-stop shop for processing of paperwork for authorizations, permits, certificates and environmental licenses. Making the announcement, Environment Minister Ernesto Reyna said that the previous pilot period proved that time savings can be considerable. He expects the service to speed up investments. Reyna said the one-stop shop would help make procedures transparent and reduce and prevent discretionary decisions.
