So only hours after I get off my flight down here in Sosua I start off with a sore throat which has now manifested into a nasty cold.My luck I hardly ever get sick and it has to happen on the first day of vacation. Never been to the pharmacy here in DR. Does anyone know if they sell American products like Tylenol cold, sudafed,Advil cold and sinus? Or am I gonna have to buy some Dominican shit and if that's the case whats the name of the cold medicine in spanish?
