Dominican merengue star Kinito Mendez is giving a free concert at the Teatro Arena/Nereyda Rodriguez at the Santo Domingo Book Fair. The concert, which is scheduled to close events for tonight, Monday 23 April, starts at 9pm. The book fair continues in Santo Domingo through 6 May with cultural events throughout the day until late at night.
