The Central Electoral Board (JCE) has delivered about 40% of the election pouches containing the materials for the 20 May presidential elections. According to articles in most of today's newspapers, the National District and the province of Santo Domingo are nearly complete. They reported that they have sent out materials to 5,186 election stations, of a total of 11,423 in the country. The JCE has to complete the delivery of the election day supplies by 12 May.
