Check out the next generation of musical talent. Festi-Band 2012, the Seventh Festival of Youth Music Bands, opens at the Palacio de Bellas Artes on Thursday, 10 May at 9am. The festival continues with shows all day and into the evening at 8pm. 10-12 May on Av. Maximo Gomez in Santo Domingo. Tel 809 687-0504.
