National Police agents in La Romana have arrested two men accused of killing an Italian tourist. Juan Antonio Garcia Javier (Pablo Piddy), 18, and Jefry Manuel Encarnacion Mercedes, 20, together with Grey Alexander Paulino and Jose Enrique Matos Felix who are both fugitives, are accused of killing an Italian tourist, Umberto Pigozzo. Pigozzo was shot and killed for a gold chain which was later sold for RD$12,500 in the G&R Pawn Shop. The two men arrested admitted the crime that they committed together with the two fugitives, according to El Nuevo Diario.
