Danilo Medina, campaigning in San Cristobal for the PLD to retain the presidency, says he feels he is riding the wave of a tsunami as his campaign gains strength with the approach of election day. On Saturday, 12 May, he toured Haina, Nigua and San Cristobal. Medina described the support he encountered on the way as evidence that his win is irreversible, as reported in Hoy.
