Campos de Moya, vice president of Communications and institutional relations for the Vicini Group has been named president of the British Chamber of Commerce for the period 2012-2014. He pledged to continue strengthening relations between both countries. "It is very important for our country that the commercial ties with the United Kingdom continue to grow and there be increased exchange and British investments in the DR to continue growing as a nation," he said while being sworn in as the new president. He replaces Marcos Pena, who served as president from 2010-2012.
