you can see all the floorplans at http://www.casalindaonline.com/

Now you will be armed with a floorplan and name of each type which has been built and a base cost.

Call Hispanola armed with this information as you should be able to rent or buy the unit you feel will suit you best.

What's up BPL!! Bigi basically deals with 3 villa's: 35, 45 and scarface mansion(villa yasmin) which is a 2 bedroom with a 3rd room downstairs.

The most economical out of the 3 would be 45. This is the one with the huge pool. WSJ and i had our pool party there when Moshy rented the place. It has everything you are needing.

Now if you don't mind spending the extra $$, why not rent the scarface mansion. This is the best of the 3 by far. We've had many good times there as well.

Like i said, Bigi only handles 3 villa's so if you need other options, check casalinda's website under different management.

I can post pictures if you like.

Hey BPL,

Psriches is correct Villa 45 is a solid choice, but when you speak to Bigi demand Villa Tamarindo 12 and prepare to have your mind BLOWN.

P.S.

I owe all my Villa knowledge to the legendary Will Blueprint.

Come on BPL, you have to do a little research. Check the websites we gave you. Number 12 seems to always be booked but you can ask for it anyway.

Some pics of Villa# 12: (aircon in both rooms and living rm)

I have stayed in all of Bigis Villas, and like PS said the Villa 12 is always booked and also Villa 42 unless reserve them early you will get them. Everything you need to know or any questions about the Villas is on Hispanola's web-site http://www.hispaniolarealestate.com/english/properties/rentals2.asp.

BPL,

Tamarindo 12 will give you more privacy, but Villa Yasmin just has the look. You can't go wrong with either place. And as Pana said BOOK EARLY....

I reserved Yasmin and Tamarindo 12 for my June trip about a month ago.

NOW THAT IS BOOKING EARLY LOL....

That building has major termite damage. Maybe Seacret's will buy it and convert it to more "housing" for his staff and fix it up for another million! He can add it to his portfolio of brilliant investments.

These prices are insane, my cousin is building a castle in DR for 1/2 of what they are charging for these properties.
