PLD presidential candidate Danilo Medina is due to address Dominican voters at the close of the electoral campaign this evening, Thursday 17 May. His speech will be televised at 9pm on Channels 2, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 27, 29, 22, 55, 37 and on Radio 106.5FM.
First Lady Margarita Cedeno spoke on TV yesterday, urging Dominicans to vote for "a sure change."
The PLD is holding their closing rally today departing from the Avenida Duarte at the intersection with Pedro Livio Cedeno along the following route Pedro Livio Cedeno, Av. Duarte, Las Mercedes, Calle Sanchez, ending at Plaza Juan Baron (Malecon). President Leonel Fernandez, First Lady Margarita Cedeno, who is candidate for Vice President, and presidential candidate Danilo Medina will lead the march through the National District (Santo Domingo).
