Dymtro Yev, the man convicted of killing Canadian Jordan Morrison in Punta Cana in February last year is to appeal against his ten-year conviction. The parents of Jordan Morrison wanted to appeal against the acquittal of the other man charged, Bouzid Redha, but missed the deadline for the appeal. They are now waiting for Yev's appeal date in order to return to the Dominican Republic to attend the hearing.
