Drivers entering Santo Domingo from the east should be aware that the Juan Bosch Bridge will be undergoing repairs to the expansion joints for the next month or so. According to Hoy, the bridge will close down at least two lanes for most of the day. Drivers should be aware of the fact that Public Works has announced that traffic coming from the east will only be able to use the entire roadway from 5am to 10am and the rest of the time at least two lanes will be shut down for repairs. The Brazilian Odebrecht Company will be in charge of the repairs.
