Merengue and bolero singer Francis Santana is booked for the Merengue Bar of the Gran Casino Jaragua on Wednesday, 20 June as of 9pm. No cover. Francis Santana was chosen to sing to the Miss Universe candidates when the event was held in Santo Domingo in 1977.
