Heat wave to continue over the weekend

According to the National Weather Office (ONAMET), the current heat wave will continue due to a high-pressure system over the Atlantic Ocean. There is also little chance of rain although it may cloud over in the late afternoon in the southeast, southwest and central areas. They warned that there is a tropical wave and area of low pressure some 2000 kilometers from the Lesser Antilles, which will bring rain and electric storms but it only has a 10% chance of developing further.
