President Leonel Fernandez travels to Georgetown, Guyana tomorrow to attend the XX Rio Group Presidential Summit. Fernandez will be receiving, on behalf of the DR, the pro tempore presidency of this organization. Fernandez departs from San Isidro airport at midday on Friday, 2 March.
