Interpol agents have arrested Charlotte Elizabeth Herrera Calderon, a Swiss citizen who is accused of forgery, criminal association and other crimes in her country but also has cases pending with the Dominican justice, as reported in El Dia. She was apprehended yesterday, Wednesday 4 July while working in a foreign company based at the Cyber Park, on the Las Americas Expressway.
Locally she is accused of violating Articles 59, 60, 265, 266, 405 and 408 of the Penal Code. She was sent to the National District Deputy Prosecutor's office.
