Agreement against terrorism

The Executive Branch has sent three international agreements to the Senate. The agreements deal with the penalization of illegal acts against maritime navigation security, the taking of hostages, and terrorist attacks using bombs. The agreements also include a modification to the protocol for the repression of illegal acts against fixed platforms. Listin Diario explains that the section on hostages explains that the country in which a hostage is taken can do everything within its power to free the hostage and facilitate the hostage's exist from the country.
