A British woman, Nicole Jayne Melhuish, 37, driving a Toyota SUV ran over her partner Miguel Antonio Francisco Reyes, 37, who was driving a Yamaha 125 motorcycle at the entrance to Cofresi, Puerto Plata yesterday, Tuesday 10 July, causing his death.
According to witnesses, following what appeared to be an argument, she ran him over various times, and has now been detained by the police accused of voluntary homicide.
