Will work really well when we have 3 or 4 villas or condos together for a week to 10 days. Booze and beer bought at 35% of retail. By day 4 there will be chicas coming by day and night.

If a guy has a villa that sleeps 3 for $100 a night and we as a group rent it 100 nights a year, he will want us BACK!

as long as it's no wild parties. i know they didn't accept that at the place i stayed. they didn't allow random people coming up to the condo either. the villas may be different though.

wasn't a wild party, though, and as long as you know they are coming. you know they just like to appear sometimes when they're not invited, causes problems. had it happen the 1st night i was there.

There are many dozens of Villas and condos with in 15 minutes of Sosua!
