The Electrical System Prosecution Board (PGASE) has formally accused the Hotel BQ, formerly Delta, on Sarasota Avenue in Santo Domingo, of electrical fraud. The hotel and its representatives are accused of tampering with meters. According to judge Moises Ferrers, head of PGASE, the EdeSur power distributor is owed more than RD$11 million due to this action.
