Nice vid shredder. Have some of those rental deals we looked at on the bulliten board at Playero got you thinking about moving when your current lease expires? Some awfully sweet deals out there. Looks like more than a few owners have empty apts and condo units that are sitting empty and need to generate some cashflow.
