The president of the PRD, Miguel Vargas, has invited the party rank and file to stop lacerating itself, putting an end to the sterile debates and connect the party to the most dynamic sectors of society. Heading an event which began a program or recruitment and growth of the organization, Vargas greeted as "good news for the PRD" the entry of an outstanding group of young talent, most of whom have come from the IT sector, headed by Hidekkel Morrison, who was in charge of the Computer Center for the party during the last elections.
The new members of the PRD include Stalin Ramirez, Leonardo Lemos, Jose Ubardo, Elminson de Oleo, Nelson Guzman and Luis Garcia. The group also includes Joel Paulino, a lawyer, Mercedes Frias, an educator, Jose Chevalier, an accountant, and system analysts Juan Holguin and Angie Matos and Jonathan Nunez, an information technician among others. Morrison thanked Vargas for the welcome that the PRD has given the group, which hopes to contribute to the modernization of the party.
