A team of officers arrested yesterday a man that used a pseudonym in order to gain the trust of two minors, 13 and 14. Using this trust he tricked them into taking nude photographs of themselves and then threatening them with death in order to have sex with one of them. The girls, the victims, live with their parents in the San Miguel barrio, on the Prolongacion Independencia Avenue, in the capital.
A report in Diario Libre relates how Ruben Martinez Martinez, using the pseudonym "Erick" on Facebook, was arrested under warrant 0085-2012 after a search warrant 0023-July-2012 was executed in his house located on Respaldo San Juan in the same barrio. The police action and that of the Justice Department came about after the accused was mentioned by the parents of the two minors in front of Magistrate Jonathan Baro Gutierrez, the director of the Department of Prosecution of Human Trafficking.
