I read through the older threads that mentioned places to buy viagra and cialis but they are pretty dated and the threads are closed, so I am wondering if there is any updated information.

I am staying in Be Live Puerto Plata for a week starting 8/25. What's the closest and cheapest place to pickup Cialis or Viagra? Generics are fine. I am looking for something that will keep me hard and delay ejaculation. Aren't most of us? :) One of my big fears for this trip is not being able to perform. This may be a once in a lifetime trip for me so it is important that I keep the gun loaded.

Also, I have read that mamajuana is an aphrodisiac and may make those pills unnecessary. Any experience with this elixir?

just about any pharmacy will carry what you want , if your into viagras and are new to them i recomend the 100 mg pill and break in half , you will save money this way and not over do it . as far as the mamajuana goes , imho its a myth but you will get a nice buzz , every place that has it makes it a little different .

I don't know about Sosua, but here in Santo Domingo, if you buy Elevex (generic cialis), you get 3 in each box of two for 100 pesos.

That's a manufacturer's offer, so it should be the same in Sosua.

I had no issue bringing some back either of my trips but I didnt have that many. I had maybe 10 at most and I did not declare them thinking if they found them and wanted to make an issue than can have them.
My bag got searched in the DR coming back last time and they said nothing about them.

You got a pretty good price. maybe to good. Heard there are some fakes around but if they worked for you than I guess there not.

I have the heard that Mamajuana can make your dick hard. Don't know about that but I do know it does not take much to mess you up. Don't know how but it does and I can handle my alcohol pretty good so watch out for that stuff as it sneaks up on you.

Not sure but in reading previous threads there apparantly can be an issue in the US if you can't prove that you have a prescription for them. When I buy Lapela they come in individually sealed packets straight out of a box not in a pill bottle. I don't think it will ever be an issue if you have small quantities but I defer to others with more trips under their belt than I.

OP, I believe your staying in the Playa Dorada complex. You will find a shopping mall in the center part near the golf course. Pretty sure you will find several shops in there that will sell what your looking for. If not and you leave the complex heading toward POP, you will find several pharmacies on the left side, less then two miles from the PD entrance. Your other option is to get an employee at your hotel to buy you some Mambo, 35 pesos( less then a dollar) each. I mention Mambo because you will not have an issue of buying any fake Cialis or Viagra from a Dominican employee while paying a premium price. Give them what ever tip you want, you won't be disappointed. :wink:

i bought the box and i never have problems bringing them into canada from any country.
i usually keep it to 1 or 200 though.............. i use 10 to 20 a month my self and i have a few poker buddies that get my surplus:wink:

You will never have a problem bringing back an unopened box. If asked, it's a Dcotor's sample from my physician in the DR. I've got Dominican buddies with a list of stuff to bring back to the States.

They're only really worried about liquids > 3oz. I had a TSA clown reach all past my condoms, La Pela, etc just to examine a can of Cruex in my checked luggage, asking "what's this for?" all loud in front of the line. I told him "the tropical heat makes my balls sweat", just as loudly. Fucking dimwit.

My last trip back to USA my carryon bag got checked in the POP airport.
I had about 10 Lapela and some Levitra that I had brought from USA all of which they ignored.
The only thing that caught their attention was my Anti Monkey Butt Powder.
They got quite a laugh out of it.

San Juan Plaza (4 miles) from your hotel heading back to the airport there is a good pharmacy as well as Super Pollo supermarket. I know the area well and you will not find anything closer. Read my previous post with regards to Mambo, this maybe your only option unless you are venturing out from the hotel. Also, being you are in PC, the prices will be higher, possibly 50 pesos ($1.30 a pill).

Any roadside pharmacy - and there are plenty - seems to have the goods. Generic Cialis and Viagra and a bunch of other related items are available for about a dollar a pill or so. No questions asked. It is like buying a pack of gum.

I had a few in my bag in my checked luggage. No issue.

If you are staying with your novia in La Romana, do some shopping in Jumbo Supermarket (Supermercado). You will find a pharmacy inside there that will help you keep up with her:wink:

Rule of thumb: When you go abroad, take the medicines you will need, no more, no less. No problem getting your hands on the local variant "lapela" at basically any pharmacy. In S.D for instance, the Carmina pharmacy in the intersection of Avenida Independencia and Avenida Pasteur. Walk in there any time of the week and you'll find guys lined up at the counter asking for a pack (or two, or three ...). Ave Pasteur is by the way where most of the chica clubs are, if you want chica "to go".
I belive i paid something like 400 pesos for 8 pills (march 2013).
