The new head of the Armed Forces has told reporters that there are 152 generals in the Armed Forces and that 62 of them have nothing to do.
According to Hoy, the situation should be corrected after a meeting of the Armed Forces General Staff.
Admiral Sigfrido Pared Perez told reporters that each of the armed forces detachments, camps, forts and bases would be examined before "measures would be taken."
