Gym in Sosua

Will be in Sosua in a couple weeks. Does anyone know if there is a gym with a treadmill and at least some mats to do situps that you can pay as you go.

Do a search for PLATINUM GYM.... and you will find it... Yes its in the same building as After one Disco, and the Casino, everyone knows where that is. you cant possibly miss it walking on Pedro C.

Gym on third floor of casino. Its like 1500 for the month and I believe 700rd for the week. decent gym with the essentials.

I usually bring resistance bands with me on vacation and never use them. Because of my gym regimen at home and vacation fucking and drinking regimen, It does me good to give the gym a complete break.

Some muscles need to rest while I'm using my other muscles and testosterone to tax ass.

PS - My arms are now bigger than Xmendave's. LOL.

Good point. In Sosua, I'm usually able to workout for a few days of my trip but that stops after a couple of days.

Will be even tougher when I go to Pattaya because I want to so some Muy Thai training but I know that will be tough.

Another option is to just get an apartment on the edge of town and walk to the beach each day. It'll kick your butt in the heat. Then motoconch back when you're done.
