The Dominican Attorney General's Office and the Haitian Ministry of Justice announced a judicial agreement that includes consulting on the application of the new penal code. Attorney General Radhames Jimenez Pena and Haitian Justice Minister Rene Amaglairi met yesterday to discuss the agreement. Jimenez said that the Dominicans will share their experiences in order to help Haiti successfully apply the new penal code process. Jimenez said that professors from the National Public Ministry School will be available for help.
