Two Spaniards, David Sanchez Herrera and Alvaro Cruz Andujar, were arrested at Punta Cana airport on Sunday 26 August, carrying ten packets of cocaine in their luggage while boarding a flight to Madrid. They have been sent on remand for three months in jail.
