Felix Sanchez came fourth in the Diamond League 400m hurdles race in Zurich yesterday, Thursday 30 August. Angelo Taylor (US) was first with 48.29, followed by Omar Cisneros (Cuba), and Jehue Gordon (Trinidad). Felix Sanchez clocked in at 48.42, fourth in the race. Other runners in the race were Javier Culson (Puerto Rico) with 48.56, Leford Green (Jamaica) 49.05, Michael Tinsley (US) 49.56 and Rhys Williams (GB) 50.91.
Sanchez continues to have the world lead in the event with 47.63 set in the London Olympics, where he won his second gold medal. On the day of the race, August 30, Felix Sanchez was celebrating his 35th birthday.
