Maybe owned by a family from Spain. Located behind the Renaissance Jaragua Hotel and Casino. Room rates around $60US, guest friendly (I have seen fine women exit the hotel riazor at 4am, while eating next door at Manolos). Manolos Restaurant is open 24/7, open air and they have a room with A/C. Fruit shakes and other items on the menu.

I have stayed at the Riazor 3 times this year. They are chica friendly, however only one guest at a time. Rooms are pretty nice and go for $55-$65 per night. They have a free breakfast at Manolos which is right next door , basically eggs or fruit with one side order plus juice and a cup of coffee. If you order another coffee they charge around $2 for it. They have Wi Fi but it is hit or miss and in my opinion needs to be improved. Location is good being right behind the Jaragua and within walking distance of several banks, restaurants, casinos, farmacias and a La Sirena market.
