Last time I was in Sosua they were playing this song over and over again
it had the makings of the In the Jungle, Lions sleeps tonight, Wimba way parts to it but it had spanish tone to it.

Shazam could not match it.

Does anyone know the name and artist of this song?

No it is some kind of remix but it had some of that in the jungle parts to it but it was all in spanish

One of those songs that is kinda catchy and gets in your head that they overplay to the point that you get sick of it at some point.

They were playing it several times at del toro as well as el flow and d latin

what Genre of music ? was it Dance with a beat like The bachata remake of
the Shirelles "Will you still love me tomorrow"

by Leslie Grace

it kinda had a salsa mergenue twist to it.

It is somewhat a catchy tune

I say remix only in that it had part in the jungle song mixed into it but into more of a latin style.
They just started playing it there within the last month or so and I am thinking it is pretty new since Shazam was not able to match it

Yes i am beginning to tire of the song and I don't hear it everyday

Kinda liking the bachata music of Toke de Keda.

I'm sitting here at FidoSnack(frente de Supermercado Jose-Luis) enjoying a sandwich de polle con Hugo limon, when my phone goes off. I notice I have an unread email. I realize it's your response to the thread literally as I'm reading your comment They start playing the damn song, 2 minutes go by and two cars pull up with speakers loud enough to hear from anywhere on the island, blasting the same damn song! What kinda conspiracy is this?! I counted 4 more cars playing the song before I finished my food and got up outta there.

They have all been hired by the Mayor of Sosua and the Ministry of Tourism.
It is part of their plan to annoy the monger so much that they won't want to be around for fear of hearing the song.

Than they can promote lion king music to the family tourist

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
