Thinking of heading back to Sosua for the 2nd time in october

Hey guys, I'm glad a found a forum that seems active on the topics of the DR and more importantly Sosua. Like I mentioned I have been once before (I believe in march or april of this year only for about 9 days) and plan to head back this october.
Thomson airways just increased their prices for a RTN from LGW to POP :( and I cannot do the LHR MIAMI to STI and back trip again with AA as it took too long (18 hours or so)
Anyway hope to share my very limited experiences with you fine folks and read some of yours too :)

Very impressive savings and including a visit to Samana in your trip is not the worse thing in the world.

You need to subscribe. As you have until October to read up, and coming from the UK will probably be in the DR for two weeks (?), I would recommend that you do subscribe. Well worth the money in enhancements to your imminent and future trips and interesting reading in between trips.

Subscribe and you will open the door to Pandora's box - currently that old British fool Wayland has sent you a link to my live trip report from Sosua - but there is so much more - if you are coming to Sosua you will save $$$ by subscribing with the info you find here. You are also likely to meet up with fellow travellers and get the low down on the best places to go - girls you must have - girls you must avoid and so much more.

In my report so far if you could read it - it will give you info on getting here to Sosua - the cheapest way and what I have been up to for the last week. Strangely you will also find info on some UK places to party as well.
