New species of snapper fish found in South Atlantic off Brazilian coast

Washington, Mar 14 : Researchers have discovered a new species of fish among the reefs of the Abrolhos region of the South Atlantic Ocean. The fish was earlier mistaken for the Lutjanus jocu, commonly known as the dog snapper, a popular commercial fish in Brazil.
