Hotel Sinai is on Calle Sanchez which is a main thoroughfare like Pedro Clisante. My only complaint as of yet is the street noise just like Hotel Europa in Sousa.
My room suite for 3 nights was : 8610DOP Compra
1549DOP ITBIS
Total: 10,159DOP $233.97US
Very nice.

Hotel Sinai-Restaurant
The service in this place is off the chain! So I get the garlic fish (moro) with vegetables and sautéed potatoes which was muy sabroso. After I paid the 350DOP the waiter brings me dessert that I did not order I was like WTF? Anyways it is called pan de mais, The top was sweet corn and raisins and the bottom was light cake and it was delicious! I would have never thought that corn would taste that good. The waiter was on point waiting on me hand and foot!http://news.insearchofchicas.org/forum/images/posticons/clap.gif

There's a lot of delicious, tasty stuff you can make with corn (maiz).

A Hotel with a quality restaurant is a winning combination.
