Im gonna guess thats more of a Polish Dish,, looks like Potato Pancake, and Chicken & mushrooms sauce ?..

jimmy, is this up the hill from Garant? Last time I was there, i saw one of the residents who seemed to be there for a long term stay walk up towards the highway and come back with some delicious looking bread..

Its around the corner, maybe a 3 minute walk.
