Stayed here twice, basically brand new, clean, can't speak to the other apartments but the one I've stayed in (#2) is pretty huge. Comfy bed, nice-sized flatscreen tv (that I've never turned on. lol) glass shower, safe, small fridge, good A/C + ceiling fan and solid wifi. If you want to be close to the strip (right on it, really, as the place is right next to City Lights) and have a nice place - you really can't beat it for $42/nt (longer-term rates are $290/wk & $620/mo). Noise from the street and City Lights wasn't an issue (to me). Owner is very nice, property manager lives in the complex so if there are any issues, he's on it.
All the apartments are on the 2nd floor and there's a fantastic Belgian Bakery on the first floor (best breakfast I've had in Sosua).
The posted pics are (imo) a very fair representation of the place.
