westjet is a small Canadian airline

it is a shame the big airlines do not do something similar.

Yeah, I snuffled back a couple. Christmas Miracle indeed!

That's the good response.

The bad response - they sure made a piker of my Santa appearance at the Na Rive school.

So I guess I get to be the pre-heart-enlargement Grinch ... yes it's a tear jerker... but has it set unsustainable expectations? The beginnings of a cargo cult?

Has WestJet taken advantage of poor people in order to make a first-world-effective commercial? How much good could the amount spent on this commercial have done in the hands of Na Rive?

I've was taught that any "look what I did" charity, usually serves the needs of the giver rather than the receiver.

I wobble around about this ....
